If you are looking for a tropical retreat full of exotic wildlife but still want to remain in the comfort and modernity of a luxury villa rental, then come and see this luxury villa located just moments from Manuel Antonio National Park in Costa Rica. You will find many species of birds such as toucans, parrots, falcons, scarlet macaws, butterflies, most likely all 3 species of monkeys in the area, and maybe even 2-toed or 3-toed sloths, a plethora of reptiles, and so much more right in your very own backyard, the jungle! You will not need to venture outside of your luxury setting to encounter beautiful nature and unbelievable wildlife. The views from here are extraordinary, as you peer into the lush jungle. You can even see the beautiful mountain range in the distance adding interest to the already intriguing rainforest view.
With enormous windows on all 3 floors of this luxury villa, there is a never ending view of exotic plant life and wildlife to appreciate. From the balcony you and your vacation crew are bound to sight a wide variety of animals, maybe even more than in the national park! The swimming pool is the perfect spot to get some sun, read in the shade with a beverage and gather for fun during the day time and the night time. Pool loungers abound, so you can really relax, enjoying your vacation to its fullest potential.
General Information
Casa Luz is located in front of the Pacific Ocean, just 10 minutes away from Manuel Antonio Beach in Costa Rica. The house is owned by the Owen family, they are americans and will make you feel like at home! Brenda will cook meals (Breakfast and dinner), as well as transport your group to and from theboat. Afternoon snack and drinks (water, soft drinks, juice and imperial beer) are included! Within the villa, you will find elemnts of luxury including fine hardwoods and modern amenities. The open floor plan will accommodate the space needs of you and your guests easily. Events are encouraged, plus children and the elderly will be comfortable here as well. Luxury abounds within our villa offering comfortable couches, incredible tropical views through gigantic windows on every level, AC and ceiling fans to control temperature at its best, cable/satellite TV, stereo, radio, CD player, DVD player, and even video library, book library for children and adults, wireless internet (Wi-Fi), telephone and a fax in case work calls while you are away in paradise.
The Fishing
The boat will leave the marina between 6:00AM and 6:30AM. It will include food (snacks, sandwiches, fruits) and drinks (sodas, water, imperial beer), a Captain, crew and fishing tackle, bait, and fishing license. We will make sure to have the best crew and fishing gear at all times for the best fishing experience!
The target species will be Sailfish, Blue Marlin, Black Marlin, Stripped Marlin, Mahi Mahi, and Yellowfin Tuna. We try to be back at the marina by 4:00 pm s you can have a traditional Chili Guaro shot at the marina bar The Runaway and reflect on the day of fishing!
Don't forget! The recommended clothing would be long sleeve fishing shirt, sunscreen, hat and sunglasses. Being so close to the equator the sun is very intense the whole year and the maximum sun protection is recommended.
